Julie and Todd's intimate "wintery" Gorrono Ranch wedding in June(!) couldn't have been lovelier. Gorrono Saloon is a pretty place for the bride to get ready, and made for a sweet "first look" for bride and groom portraits before the ceremony.
Because of the June snow, the ceremony was moved inside which was lovely because Gorrono Ranch is full of warm woods and lots of windows, so it felt nice and airy. Even so with such heavy backlighting, it's good to be able to pull some off-camera flash out of my bag of tricks.
A fresh dusting of snow made Mt. Wilson and the surrounding peaks of Telluride a stunning backdrop for Julie and Todd's wedding portraits after the ceremony. It was freezing, but it was beautiful!
